All payment is due in full at time services are rendered. We encourage you to ask questions about (or research) why we recommend certain services and their value to keeping your pets healthy and happy.
A note from Dr. Anna - we know that the cost of veterinary care can be a tough subject to discuss. It often is for us, too. We include this page to give you insight and help you plan for your pet's care with as little surprise as possible. We are a business designed to allow us to support our families, but at the end of the day, we are here because we love animals and want what is in their best interest. We ask that you be respectful as we promise to be when discussing prices. Discounts cannot be offered, but there exists a perfectly valid spectrum of care that can always be discussed to make every effort to meet your pet's needs while considering each family's unique situation..
